Leaving incarceration can mean needing housing, work, legal help, healthcare, and a way to reconnect with family at the same time. Too often, women have to piece those answers together from scattered systems, phone calls, and paperwork.
Gangsta Goddess fills that specific gap: one accessible place to begin. We gather free resources and plain-language guidance for women in West Virginia, so the first step home can be finding the next right door—not figuring out where to look.
We are not a replacement for local providers. We are a bridge to them, built around the reality of women coming home to their communities and families.
